American Label offers both flexographic and digital printing options, which can accommodate short runs to very large quantities.
Flexographic uses plates on a traditional printing press. This is ideal for full production runs, usually 5-10M and up and high quantity printing.
Digital is a plate-less alternative often used for short runs, usually less than 5-10M. Because of the direct-to print technology there are no plate charges or copy/color change charges. Digital is also great for mock-ups or small quantities when you aren’t quite ready for full production run. Another great aspect of digital is the ability to do variable data, random image, consecutive bar coding, and personalization.
